What are the additional fees on top of monthly rent?
We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:
- Admin Processing Fee: $10 monthly
- Pest Control Fee: $5 monthly
- Valet Trash: $40 monthly
- Water/Sewer/Communal Area Utilities: $25-$100 monthly
- Technology Fee (includes Wi-Fi throuhg Fiberwave): $65 monthly
- Pet: If applicable, $35 per pet monthly
- Detached Private Garage: $150 monthly
What do I need to qualify for an apartment?
We’re thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria, including rental, credit, and criminal history checks, as well as employment and income verifications.
After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. To finalize your approval, the office team will need a copy of each occupant's photo identification and pay stubs or W2s to confirm income requirements.

I've been approved, what's next?
Congratulations and thank you for choosing Marq Bronco Butte as your new home!
Once approved, you will receive a Welcome Home letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include:
1. Electronically signing your lease
2. Setting up your resident portal account
3. Paying move-in fees and deposits
4. Sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance
5. Setting up your move-in appointment.
We will stay in contact with you throughout this process and are available to answer any questions you may have to make your move as smooth and easy as possible.
My move-in date is coming up, what's the move-in process?
Welcome Home to Marq Bronco Butte! Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the Welcome Home letter. We will then set up a move-in appointment.
On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!
As a resident, where will I park? What about my guests?
Thanks for your question! Here is the information regarding parking options:
- Residents: You will obtain one reserved space and may park in the open spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that this option is only available for the unreserved spaces. Alternatively, you can also choose to rent a detached private garage for $150 per month.
- Guests: If you are a guest, you can park in any open space near the property.

As a resident, how will I receive packages?
FedEx, UPS, and Amazon packages are delivered directly to our package locker room. USPS packages will be delivered to your mailbox. If the package is too large to fit in your mailbox, the postal carrier will leave a slip, indicating that you have a package to pick up at the post office.
What school district is Marq Bronco Butte in?
Students at our community attend Deer Valley Unified School District. Dependnig on their grade level, they will attend for Elementary and Middle School Sonoran Foothills (K-8) and Boulder Creek High School (9th-12th):
